Dear Krishna, With 245 marks in NEET 2019, I'm pretty sure that you may not be able to get a government medical college in Tamilnadu. In private medical college under government quota, the maximum fee they can collect is 13 lakh per annum. For management seats in private medical colleges, the fee may vary with the college(obviously higher than 13 lakhs).
