If you have appeared in NEET 2019 then wait till the results and give options including CMC Vellor. That's the only way to get admission. There is no need of applying for MBBS seat via their sites before results. You will have to it after the allotment lists come out and just before the councelling and interview. Regarding the fee structure you have to pay 48,530 in the first year and 31,600 in the all upcoming years giving you a grand total of 1,74,930 for the whole course.
