Hello Aspirant,

If you are a Delhi Category student, you will have to get good marks to get CSE at IIIT Delhi, COE and IT at DTU and NSIT. If you are outside Delhi category student, their cutoff vary a lot in spot round each year, so can't comment on that
But generally best colleges are in order as follows
COE (NSIT, DTU,IIIT)
IT(NSIT,DTU)
SE(DTU)
MCE(DTU,IIIT)
ECE(DTU,NSIT,IIIT)
ME(NSIT,DTU)
EEE(DTU)
EE(DTU)
