Here is the cut off in 2020 round 3 for admission in to M.Sc Biotechnology in the IIT was as follows

• IIT, Indore: 279
• IIT, Bombay: 104
• IIT, Kharagpur: 257
• IIT, Roorkee: 269

Here is the cut off in 2019 round 3 for admission in to M.Sc Biotechnology in the NIT was as follows

• NIT, Rourkela: 350

The above mentioned are the cut off for OBC category. Considering the cut off it is very difficult to get seat in IIT or NIT. However, cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease depending on various factors like number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of exam and number of seats available etc.
