see you did not mention in which company you are going for interview, however some of the companies like TCS,wipro, capgemini hires final year candidates or candidates who are in btech 3rd year in case of software engineering role. in case of job updates website like naukri, monster or indeed you can mention your marks upto last semester and also do mention the year in which you will passed your graduation. same things go for your curriculum vitae , when you go for interview rounds. however if in case it is mentioned that you need to complete your graduation before the application submission date, then you are not eligible to apply, but if it mentioned that final year candidates are eligible then you can surely apply. if there is any hr mail I'd you can contact to more clarifications.
