As per your query I would like to tell you that according to your question. Yes didn't getting admission in private agriculture collages, those had not accreditation from icar. According to ICAR new guidelines, those students who are compleate their Bachelors of agriculture through private agriculture collage whose had non - accreditation from icar are not eligible for getting admission in Msc. Agriculture from government agriculture collage under ICAR. 

So please if you want to go admission in private agriculture collages, only those who taking accreditation from ICAR. The best private collage for getting admission is lovely professional University, It had accreditation from icar.
