see its depends what would be your working profession, if you want to be a sonography technician or lab technician then it would be better if you go for bsc courses on medical lab technology. howeevr if you want to become a sonologist , or  gynaecologists and radiologists with post-graduate medical qualifications who  perform ultrasound sonography you need to complete mbbs course , then need to apply for pgdm course in sonography.
