No, the NEET exam pattern and the exam pattern of AIIMS paramedical are not similar. Some of the differences between both exams include differences in the number of questions, exam duration, total marks, and others. According to the AIIMS Paramedical exam pattern , questions will be asked from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics whereas for the NEET exam , there will be no questions from Mathematics.
