Is scoring just 60 in 1st attempt Ibps Prelims is considered very poor performance or they is ray of hopes to improve? And is age 22 late to start preparing for Bank exam for low esteem and low knowledge student whose? English is poor and lack in Ga, is it little bit late to start? Is marks 60 avg?

60 marks in your IBPS prelims and that too in your first attempt is definitely not a bad score because the cutoff in prelims generally is around 65 to 70. But since you now know that what are your weak areas, you now need to work on them and strengthen them. If your English is weak then work on vocabulary and grammar, if you maths is weak that solve more questions and practice in the area where you were unable to score marks and for reasoning the best way to score good marks in solving lot of questions. Don't lose any hope just keep in mind that practice makes a man perfect. Practice questions and give dedicated  8 to 10 hours and it will hardly take three to four months to cover all you mistakes you did in this attempt.
