Is there another chance for option entry after second extended round in kcet ? Bcoz I need to delete all the options .

NO there is not any process of refilling or editing of the entered options. Once you fill the options then after that there is no option of editing of it and the only way left with you is to go with the options you have and rest try for next round as spot round gives the chance to refill the choices.
