Yes, there is an reservation of 3% seats for General Personal with disabilities, and also you have pretty good chances of getting a seat in almost every field except for defense in some cases.
If you want to clear the cutoff for JEE Mains you would have to do 5/6 correct questions and around 8/9 questions if you need a top tier college, whereas general students need to do at least 30 correct questions to clear JEE Mains.
