Yes you can get admitted in some NIT s and some other government colleges.
In 130 marks you may secure rank nearly 35000 .
In this rank you will get NIT but you have to compromise with the branch. ( You may get admission in NIT KURUKSHETRA ; NIT JAMSHEDPUR; etc. IIIT NAGPUR IIIT GUWAHATI etc.)
PEC CHANDIGARH; BITS MESRA.
So good luck.
