is there any Gujarati quota on base of JEE main in DJ Sanghvi, Mumbai for computer science course? I have not applied for MHCET exam.. my ranking in JEE is around 17000 in JAN 2020

The merit list for admission is according to JEE MAINS score for other state and MAH-CET for home state students.
the cuttoff ranks for last year were as follows:
CSE: 300
EEE: 1.7k
IT: 336
ECE: 1k
these cutoffs are for the general category other state students for the FIRST round. They will increase the cutoffs ranks for each round . There are 3 rounds in the councelling.
this year also, the cutoffs are expected to be along the same lines. You can check their official website for more details.
