Is there any possibility to register for Kerala second round mbbs counselling 2019 for non kerla candidate. As I have missed 1st round reg.

Yes you can definitely participate in second round of counseling procedure for MBBS counseling of kerela but remember that as you don't belong to kerela state then you have to participate in counseling for MBBS college under all India quota. There is going to be no problem if you have missed first round registration ,you can register for second round counseling procedure.
