As per the rules, the 15% seats of the medical courses in any state are reserved for the All India Quota and Medical Council Committee of Directorate General of Health Sciences releases the cut-off marks for the admission in that seats but in Jammu and Kashmir, all the seats are available for the state quota only. The Jammu & Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations will release the NEET cut off 2019 for the 100% state quota seats. To claim one seat under the state quota, the applicant must have the domicile of the state.

There is 3% reservation for Residents of area adjoining Actual line of control (ALC). If you belong to this category you can avail the benefit.
