Yes, there is a subject-wise cutoff in JEE Advanced 2019. I am listing down below the minimum cutoff percentage of marks in each subject for different categories:
General - 10%
Gen-EWS/ OBC NCL - 9%
SC/ ST/ PwD - 5%
