I've done 10th in 2016 then I passed my 12th in 2020 if I score well in jee then is the gaps under my 10th and 12th board effect my admission or placement as well???

According to me yo should refer to the information brochure of JEE MAINS AND ADVANCED regarding this query. But, as I think, there might be no issue in JEE MAINS counselling.
JEE MAINS just needs to see your 12th score irrespective of your percentage as there is no minimum requirement for the same. You might just be asked to present an affidavit regarding the reason behind this gap of more than 2 years. Certainly, there is no age limit for appearing for JEE MAINS/ ADVANCED. You can get more information on this if you can contact the official NTA helpline.
