from where the online classes we have to attend in BSDS course at isi kolkata weather from our room or from the college classroom what are the no of classes per week and duration of each class what are the cost of room rents beside hstel

Prachi Kumari 7th Aug, 2025

Hello,

For the BSDS course at ISI Kolkata , classes are conducted in hybrid mode. You will attend the classes from the college classroom, not from your room. The exact number of classes per week and the duration of each class is not clearly mentioned, so it’s better to confirm after joining.

Hostel facility is not provided for BSDS students. If you plan to stay outside, here are some average room rents near ISI Kolkata:

  • 1 BHK flat: around Rs. 5,000 per month

  • 2 BHK flat: around Rs. 8,000 – Rs. 10,000 per month

  • PG (with food): starts from Rs. 5,000 per month

Hope it helps !

You can’t get direct admission in BSc Biotechnology at Mahayogi Gorakhnath University. You must pass 12th with Physics, Biology, and Chemistry or Biotechnology, with at least 45% marks. Then apply for the university entrance exam, clear the cutoff, and go for counselling to get admission.

Abhi sonkar 22nd Jun, 2025

Good afternoon,

Unfortunately at 107 marks, you are likely below the qualifying cutoff for the ST category this year. So, you may not be eligible for All India Quota (AIQ) or State counselling for MBBS/BDS.

Me B.ED interest exjam dey chuki ho 2025 me 55 number aaya hai general se hu kya mera admission ho sakta hai beghar councling ke or kita fees lage 2 years ka

shivani 21st Jun, 2025

Usually, No.

  • Most government and private B.Ed colleges admit students only through the counselling process based on entrance exam merit.

  • Direct admission without counselling is rare , especially in government institutions or universities .

  • Some private/self-financed colleges might offer management quota seats , which can allow direct admission (but often at higher fees).

  • Some private/self-inanced colleges may offer direct admission based on your entrance marks (55 is a decent score), especially if you visit them after main counselling rounds.

Total fee for 2 years can range from 10,000 (govt) to 2,00,000 or more (private) .

Hostel, exam fees, and other charges are usually extra.

Previa Gayu 11th Jun, 2025

Yes many colleges and universities offer work study opportunities on campus to help students earn while they learn These jobs are designed to be flexible and fit around class schedules Common work study roles include positions in the library laboratories administrative offices and campus events Students may also assist faculty in research or academic departments Work study programs are usually part of the financial aid system and are available to eligible students based on merit or need These roles help students gain professional experience improve time management skills and support their living or academic expenses Earnings from work study jobs are generally paid monthly and do not affect future financial aid eligibility These opportunities also help students build connections with staff and faculty which can benefit them in future internships and job placements Students interested in such roles should check their college website or visit the student services or career cell to know the eligibility criteria and apply within the deadline

i got 65 percentile in jee .i belong to ews catagory which college i will get admission under mp state domacile

Rohan 20th May, 2025

With 65 percentile (EWS) , your CRL rank is likely around 3.5–4 lakh , and EWS rank is also high. Admission in NIT Bhopal (MANIT) is not possible at this percentile.

You have chances in the following colleges under MP State Quota:

  • Government Colleges (Low-demand branches)
  • Top Private Colleges in MP
  1. Apply for MP DTE Counselling – Link (when active) (https://dte.mponline.gov.in)

  2. Choose low-competition branches like Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical to improve your chances.

  3. Consider private colleges if you're okay with fees and placements.

I have 3032 rank st category top 4 nits like surathkal and warangal and rourke and also thiruchy these clg we have get seat any branch also

kumardurgesh1802 20th May, 2025

Hello there,

With a 3032 ST category rank in JEE Main, your chances of getting a seat in top NITs like Surathkal, Warangal, Rourkela, and Trichy (NITK, NITW, NITR, NITT) depend on a few factors:

Based on past trends:

You have a chance to get a seat in these NITs, but likely in lower-demand branches , such as:

  • Metallurgical Engineering

  • Civil Engineering

  • Chemical Engineering

  • Biotechnology

  • Production Engineering

Chances for top branches (like CSE, ECE, IT):

  • Very low at these NITs with 3032 ST rank.

  • You may get these branches in newer or mid-tier NITs instead.

    Suggestion:

  • Fill all branch options during JoSAA counselling.

  • Keep all NITs and IIITs open to maximize your chances.

I would recommend you to use the JEE Mains College Predictor Tool by Careers360 to get the list of possible colleges you can get with your rank.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries, feel free to share your questions with us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Engineering college cut off rank

SEJAL JAIN 24th Jul, 2025

Engineering college cut-off ranks refer to the minimum rank required to secure admission into a particular college and branch, and they vary each year based on factors like the number of applicants, seat availability, reservation category, and exam difficulty.

Top colleges like IITs, NITs, IIITs, and state government colleges usually have lower cut-off ranks (i.e., higher competition), while private or lesser-known colleges may have higher cut-offs. Cut-offs also differ for branches—Computer Science and Electronics often close earlier than civil or mechanical.
