You have scored 61 percent aggregate marks in four subjects. And according to aiims entrance exam rules student  of general and obc category should have scored 60% in the four subjects aggregately. 

And 50% for sc/st category. 

So you are eligible for aiims entrance exam.

For AIIMS, the minimum aggregate of the marks in ENGLISH, PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY and BIOLOGY obtained in the qualifying examination required by candidates of different category are like :

General and OBC candidates: 60%

SC/ST candidates: 50%

PWBD candidates: 45%

And I am sure, you are eligible for AIIMS.

As per the eligibility criteria for AIIMS 2020, you must score a minimum of 60% marks to be eligible for AIIMS 2020 if you are from the General category. If you have any reservation, a 50% aggregate would be enough to be eligible. Having a 61% in the best four is fine, but you also need to check your aggregate percentage. If that is above 60%, then you will be eligible for AIIMS 2020.
