I have secured 54 in eng but my aggregate of physics chemistry bio and English is 78.3 am I eligible for aiims?

Yeah definitely you are eligible for writing the AIIMS entrance exam, the eligibility criteria of AIIMS says that you should have an aggregate score of PCB and English should be 60% and in your case you are satisfing with that.
