As per the information provided by you that your EWS rank is 1619, it is very difficult to predict your college as the counselling process has not yet started and also you have not provided your Home state.(HS quota helps in lower cutoffs for students in that state).

Now, as per previous trends in cutoff, it seems a bit tough for you to get into any NITs in JoSAA counselling.

You can always take part in JoSAA if you have cleared the cutoff for the JEE Main paper-2 . however gurantee of a seat in college is not assured

However, you always should apply for other state level/private college counselling process which accepts jee scores for admission.(like manipal,srm,Amity etc.)

But, there are some NITs like NIT RAIPUR AND NIT HAMIRPUR in which you can get admission with the rank provided by you,as per previous years trends. (note:- Valid only for home state students)
