Ofcourse you can get seat in any of the NITs, IIEST, IIITs and GFTIs. Don't worry at your rank you'll definitely get seat in CSAB councelling. The CSAB 2020 registration process will be open from November 17 to 19. Also, the authorities will display the seats left vacant after of all the rounds of JoSAA 2020 on November 16.
