You haven't mentioned any branch. So I'll just take an assumption. For CSE stream the cut off is approximately about 185 marks in JEE Mains and for ECE stream it is about 169. The cut off's varies every depending upon a lot of factors.
The minimum aggregate percentage in 12th standard should be 75%.
