My brother had scored 90 will he able to get seat of his choice ?

90 marks in GAT for GITAM is not a bad score. Your brother will surely get a rank somewhat under 5000's for sure. and he will be able to get into GITAM.
I had scored 78 marks in GAT - 2016 and had got a rank somewhere around 7200 (My bad, don't remember my own rank, sorry for that). Still I got CSE branch in GITAM’s Visakhapatnam branch. But I didn't take admission.
Anyways, With 90 marks your brother will surely be able to crack into GITAM.
