Seeing your rank and category details, your chances of getting admission into any of the NIT or IIITs is very tough and difficult. Since your both the ranks are very low, chances are that you may not get admission into the topmost or middle most NITs or IIITs. Yu won't get CSE nor IT either.

But, you can try getting admission by trying your luck in the spot rounds. Many students having very low ranks also sometimes get a good branch from the spot rounds. The spot rounds happen just after the regular councelling process rounds. But, seeing and considering previous years cutoff trends, it's bit hard to get CSE or IT from spot round as well. But, you may get EEE or ECE or any other branch.

Your rank is very high to get a seat in NIT's in CSAB counselling . But you can try this counselling . Might you will get some low branch in some new NIT . Also you can try for state level counsel lings in various states like Haryana, MP, Punjab, Odisha etc.  You can get Mechanical , Civil ,Chemical there.
