My clat 2019 rank is 21303& so category rank is697 with mp domicile is there any chance to nlu in 2or3 round & how to apply for vacant seat

As per your rank it is tough to make any accurate assumptions though as per per previous year cut off trends you can though hope for assam, vishakhapattanam, tamilanadu, mumbai, nagpur, aurangabad and also I would advice you to apply for ipu and nlu sonipat as your backup plan.

For vacant seats you have to wait for the notice to come out and it is generally released after 3rd merit list around end of july and in August.
