Yes if you belong to obc or sc/st then you surely can as the eligibility criteria of jee advance says that you need to score above than the cut off of our category but if you're from genreal teh sorry to say this year's cut off for genreal category is 74 marks so you wouldn't be able to give jee advance and sorry to say with this rank you wouldn't be able to get any good college and even if you get some college that chances of getting cse,ece,IT are very less so i suggest you to look for some backup options as there are many engineering enterence exams nowdays if you have given them then all right and if not then you should go for some good private colleges like Gagotias, manipal,SRM,MMM and so on and side by side you can go for the counceliing of jee mains too and see what you get.
