Hello,

For admission in either Tamil Nadu or Madhya Pradesh you will have to register for the All India Quota counselling procedure to get admission in these states if anyone of them is not your home state.

The cut off marks in AIQ counselling for general category is usually more than 550-600 marks. Therefore, with a score of 482 the chances of admission will be less through All India Quota counselling.

If you belong to either Madhya Pradesh or Tamil Nadu then I suggest you to apply/ register for state quota counselling as you have slight chances of admission through state quota rather than All India Quota counselling. Please note that the cut off marks for state quota also have chances of going up to 500 and more therefore, the chances of admission with a score of 482 in general category will be slim.

Good Luck.
