Dear Rajesh, if you belong to Rajashan but your daughter wants to seek admission in a Private Medical College in Chattisgarh, she should apply through Management Quota. Except for Karnataka, no other State is an open State. Which means all State Counsellings are confined only to candidates who hold domicile. The only way to apply for a Private Medical College of another State is through Management Quota and for that you need to contact the college directly.
