In this rank you won't get computer science in old/top iits but you can get this branch in new iits or low rank iits like iit jodhpur, iit mandi, etc.
And I am suggesting you to include iit bombay, iit madras cs seat and stick in the counselling till last round, your fate can change your future in any round.
