I am sorry to say that after securing 20000 SC Category rank in JEE Mains Paper 1, you would not be able to get admission to any NITs, IIITs and GFTIs through CSAB Counselling. You can also try other private colleges or government colleges that consider JEE Main rank for their admission process.
