Today West Bengal JENPAUH ug examinations result just came out. You can get chance in BSC nursing and other courses through the rank. You have mentioned that your rank is above 14k and your SC rank is above 2.2k .But see according to the previous year data there are only 2745 seats available for BSC nursing in all colleges including Government and private. In this case it is not possible to get a chance using your GMR for sure. There is a very little chance to get admission through sc rank . You should wait some days for  the counselling time. You can get chance to study BSc nursing outside of West Bengal , like in Bangalore ,Andhra Pradesh,with that rank through direct admission process which are Basically done through some agencies.
