hey dear,seeing this year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 were worried about their colleges.So, with this score getting a govt..mbbs seat will be very tough unless you belong to sc or st category,The only option you have is to take admission in private colleges or go for some otger courses like bams or bhms.
