As neet results had been declared and you might have an idea that this year cut off will comparetively rise 30-40 marks above than last year. According to your rank given you have no chance of getting government college through AIQ COUNSELING or through rajasthan State quota counseling. Talking about paid (management ) quota seats at this rank in your category is also very tough. Last year lowest cut off for paid seat for EWS was of

•Government Medical College, Dungarpur- AIR 24779 (548 marks) .

please don't ever compare your marks from last year cut off because this year at same marks there is very high ranks.

You can have a shot at Private medical colleges in karnataka and Kerala you can grab a seat there and also you have to pay almost same fees as rajasthan Paid seat. From my suggestion try these two states.
