Dear Mayank, in 2018, under State Quota for OBC category, 519 marks secured a seat in GMC, Bettiah. 518 marks secured a Dental seat in Patna Dental College. So with an expected range of 496-500, it is tad difficult. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. The only Government Dental college in Bihar is Patna Dental College and Hospital. In 2018, the cut off for this college was 518 for OBC category under State Quota. So, you see, following that and depending on the overall scores of the students, your chances would be low. However, you will get into Private Dental Colleges.

Based upon the score you are expecting you have decent chances for admission to Government colleges for BDS. As you belong to the reserved categories you may have better chances.
