Hello Tanya.

As per the official schedule of counselling of WBJEE 2019 published on the official website https://wbjeeb.nic.in , the dates for 'Payment of provisional admission fees and reporting to RCs for document verification, withdrawal etc' are 04.07.201o to 07.07.2019. And it is Sunday on 7th of July. So yes, the reporting centres should be open on sunday.
