For bsc nursing course only your class 12th result with be considered and not neet result. I applies to every state of india. You neet score is only considered in mbbs, bds, bams, bhms, vet courses etc. You must score above 50% aggregate in class 12th in PCB/biotechnology to get good colleges for bsc nursing course.
