As per your question, the minimum aggregate score u should get in your 12 is 75% since u r having 54% which is very low, even though u can join in btech through by writing the admission test conducted by the respective institutes or u can pay the huge amount of donations and join in tht CLG.

You can do your B.tech through many colleges.First you have to pass the entrance competitive examination through which you can get private as well as government colleges.The most popular exam is Jee mains through which you can join NITs, IIITS, CFTIS,GFTI .NTA coducts the mains exam.I suggest you that you should apply for it.There is no problem as you passed the 12 the board exam.But you cannot sit in the exam of IITs because for that you should have at least 75 percent or to be in top 20 percentile.There are aslo many state combined exam through which you may get engineering colleges.
