Sorry to say but with 78 percentile, there is no chance of getting seat in any NIT or chances are very less.
Last year candidate with general rank 40,000 - 50,000 get seat in CS branch of North East NITs.
But with 78 percentile your general rank is above 1,50,000. So there are no chances of getting seat in NITs.
