Hello Candidate,
According to your mentioned percentile your general category rank will be around 38.3k, It's quite hard to predict your obc rank as it depends on the number of OBC students appearing for exams in April session.
According to previous years cut off lists the closing rank for BArch and Bplanning at NITs and GFITs ( for OBC category) was below 3000.so you have low chances of getting any NITs or GFITs. However you might get top private universities.
