Sir , i got 82.7 percentile in jee mains paper 1 and 199954 genral rank and my ews category rank is 20237. Will i get any NIT or IIIT.

There are total of around 26,000 seats in NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. And the reservation for EWS is for 10% so total EWS seats are around 2,600. Hence it is quite difficult for you to get a seat under EWS category and also according to last year trend no seat was offered to General rank-199954.
You can check for your home state quota for NIT as their is a possiblity.
