Firstly, the answer to your question depends on which category you belong to. If you belong to OC category, it's highly impossible.

Secondly, it also depends upon which branch you want to get into.

So, I suggest you decide to either stick strongly to getting into a well ranked college with any engineering branch or getting into a college with a particularly preferred engineering branch.
