• In the first step, the placement cell contacts various recruiters preferably through mail, and sends them all the necessary documents such as the college's Placement Brochure along with the invitation letter to conduct the placement drive. 

• The companies or recruiters interested in conducting the placement drive accept the college’s invitation and confirm their presence on the date of the drive.

• Students interested in participating in the Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering and Technology placement drive have to register for the recruitment drive and submit the required documents that will be used during the entire process.

• Companies visit the campus on the pre-decided dates. These dates are mutually decided by both the college as well as the recruiting company. Then the recruiters deliver a pre-placement talk in order to make students aware of the basic policies followed by the company and all the doubts of the students are addressed after the formal session.

• Candidates need to qualify for the various selection tests, group discussions, technical interviews along HR interviews conducted by the companies and recruiters in order to be eligible for the final selection.
