Our college has nice classrooms and very decent labs for CSE. It has very good equipment for mechanical branches. Library is very good. So many books and resources, snacks in the canteen are good. But some food items in mess are good and some are a bit not good.
Our college has very good faculty members. They are supportive, encouraging, and friendly. Exams are not so tough. But it should be used to study overnights. Mid exams don't have gaps. There will be 3-4 exams continuously. Score as much as possible in mind. It is so important for good CGPA. Score atleast 20 marks in mids for 30 for decent CGPA
Somewhere near 50 LPA is the highest package in the last placement drive. Average package would be 6 LPA - 8 LPA. Very big names come for hiring as GRIET is one of the most reputed colleges in Hyderabad. It provides good placement training, to be honest. A large number of opportunities are there from their side. Just do your thing, and you will succeed.
The infrastructure is good. Facilities in the college are very good. Labs are well-maintained, and well-equipped computers are provided to students. Classrooms are neat, and the library is full of books. There is no college hostel. The quality of food in the canteen is average, and of high price. Good sports and games are conducted.
Teachers are qualified, and some teachers are from NITs with the best knowledge. The teaching quality is better. The course curriculum is relevant to the industries and prepares students for companies. Semester exams are neither that difficult nor easy. Almost 60-70% is the pass percentage.
85-90% of students got placed in CSE in the last year, and in my batch, it is almost 80%. The highest package offered is 50 LPA, and the lowest package ranges from 3-4 LPA. The average package is 6 LPA. TCS, Wipro, and service-based companies, etc., hire students. 40% of students got internships in various companies like JP Morgan, etc. Roles offered are project manager expertise, technical manager, etc.
The infrastructure is average. The library is present and it is open from 9.00 AM to 4.00 PM. Anyone can access the library at timings and there are laptops in the library with LAN connection. Classrooms are good, and it has good ventilation and the fresh air flows through the windows and makes the brain fresh
Teachers are highly qualified and they are friendly to students. They are available for us at any time either physically or in online modes. Some of them are not so qualified and they cannot teach properly, I mean we cannot understand the topics taught by them. The course curriculum is somewhat relevant and not totally relevant
Placements in our college are a great thing. There is a separate placement team that manages the placements and training for the students and makes them ready according to the interviews. The percentage of students who got placed is 70%. The highest salary package offered by Google is 55 LPA and the 2nd highest salary package offered by Amazon is 44 LPA.
GRIET has good infrastructure. Good classrooms, labs, and a great library. The hostel facilities are better for girls, since they're managed by the college, while boys have to look for PGs nearby. Food is decent, not amazing, and sports are encouraged, though space is a bit limited
Most teachers at GRIET are well-qualified and supportive, especially in top branches like CSE. Many hold PhDs and are approachable when you need help. The curriculum is mostly up to date and includes internships, certification, and industry-related subjects. Exams aren't too tough
If you're in CSE, AIML, or IT, you're likely to have a very good chance of getting placed with a decent salary. Maybe even land a high-paying job if your skills are sharp. Other branches also get placed but might require a bit more effort or off-campus hustle. Internships are available for most students, and companies visiting the campus are a mix of top-tier MNCs and growing startups
Only the girls' hostel is available. The facilities and infrastructure are quite good, with well-ventilated labs and classrooms with projectors. The seminar halls are quite big and the best, but the college is very secure with security, and there will be two canteens for the college.
Teachers are helpful only with the curriculum, but not expected to have industry-ready knowledge, and the course curriculum is relevant, but not expected to be an industry-ready, skilled curriculum. There will be moderate difficulty in the external examinations.
On and off, 75 to 80% placed in the on-campus placements. The highest package is 51.6 LPA from Google, and the average package is about 6.9 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Google, JP Morgan Chase, Commvault, Paypal, TCS, and Infosys, and the roles offered in the course are AI engineer and data analyst.
Though my college has good buildings, some classrooms and labs are maintained properly. Wi-Fi is inconsistent, and hostels facilities are not provided for boys especially. And my college needs improvement in cleanliness and upkeep.
Some faculty are knowledgeable, but teaching often feels theoretical with limited focus on practical skills. The curriculum is updated, but not all courses prepare students for industry needs. What Iam studying can make me ready for job.
Placements in my college are mostly for CSE and IT branches. Core students struggle with fewer opportunities and lower packages. The process is competitive and support is not equally distributed and placement process for me is bit difficult.
Fees in my college are on the higher side compared to the exposure and facilities provided. Scholarships exist, but considering the placements for non-IT branches, the value doesn’t feel justified.so, I feel less worth.
My college campus life is average with cultural events and activities, but hostels are not provided and the college is located at nizampet road kukatpally, Hyderabad. And the location feels far from the city, limiting students’ access to amenities and outings.
Though my college has a name, students often face restrictions and lack proper support for research or entrepreneurship. More focus is needed on holistic growth and equal placement chances. So, I would not strongly recommend this college.
My college has excellent infrastructure with spacious classrooms, well equipped labs, a large library, and good sports facilities. The campus is well maintained and provides a pleasant environment and hostels are provided for students.
The teaching quality is good with experienced faculty. Curriculum is regularly updated with industry needs. Students get both theoretical and practical exposure, though some subjects feel rushed. And what Iam studying can make my job ready.
Placements in my college are strong, especially for CSE, IT, and ECE. Many top companies visit, with packages up to 30 LPA. Core branches get fewer opportunities, but average packages remain around 4-5 LPA.
I pay 1,30,000/- per year. With moderate fees and good placement opportunities, students feel the college provides value for money. Scholarships and fee reimbursement options make education more affordable here.
Campus life in my college is active with cultural fests, technical events, clubs, and hackathons. Students enjoy freedom and exposure, though strict rules in hostels sometimes restrict campus enjoyment.the location is absolutely safe and can handle emergencies.
My college is known for its discipline, supportive staff, and strong alumni network. With continuous growth in placements and facilities, it stands as one of the top engineering colleges in Hyderabad.I would recommend you to join my college if you’re interested in learning and utilizing opportunities.
My college come with many facilities: labs, library and with needed equipment.Yet overtime I noticed the some lab equipment is old and some living spaces are not clean and we don’t have hostel facility in our college
On the academic front, my college deliver a lot and teaching quality is best and syllabus is designed to include modern topics. But the actual teaching sometimes leans too much on lecture method. And what Iam studying makes my job ready.
Placements in our college is strong and the highest package goes up to 35-37 LPA and the average salary offered is 5-6 LPA and my college helps with training and placements but the competition is bit difficult to crack.
My course costs 1,30,000/- per year and sometimes more with other expenses if all the facilities and equipment work perfectly then it is worth for me to study here because it builds strong academic skills and helps us to crack job in campus placements.
My college campus has lots of pluses: large ground, decent faculty, good labs.My college is strong academically but extracurricular activities could be richer. My college is located at nizampet road, kukatpally, Hyderabad and it is safe and could handle emergencies.
Overall, My coloege is certainly among the better options if you are looking for colleges in Hyderabad with good infrastructure and decent academic reputation. If you take intiative( projects, external learning, internships) then you can get good outcome.
College have good facilities and with beautiful infrastructure with all the necessary equipments.we have the pleasant and good classrooms, library, sports ground and canteen. The garden in the college was so good.
I am currently pursuing B.tech final year in my college. It has very good academic calendar that is followed and the quality of teaching is the best. And at present we are using GR22 curriculum and it is updated one.
Placements was good in my college and almost everyone gets the oppurtunity and college provides more than 1000 offers to the students ,In my point of view it is great oppurtunity for the students to get a placement.
I got free seat in this college .College fees is around 1,30,000 which is affordable for this college as they give quality education .This college is value for money and people who lives in hyderabad or Telangana.
Campus is very big that we can enjoy all day over there,And there are so many places like ground, canteen, circle area to make conversations with friends in free time and make our mind relax from the academics.
I had good experience in this college and I recommend this one.
It was good college compared to remaining colleges in Hyderabad.I was given enough freedom to study and enjoy myself with my friends and also participated in club events those were very good and I like the infrastructure very much.
Academics was excellent,The faculty took care of every student academic related work personally and they have good knowledge about the things and everything related to academics is posted in the google classroom.
Placements was good,More than 100 companies visited the campus and their is a placement cell in the college ,Where there are people help us to place in a good company and we got more 1000 offers this year.
Yes it is value for money, The college study fee is around 1,30,000 rupees. It is worth for the study they provide and additionally they take library fees and provide good number of books for our knowledge.
The infrastructure of the college was excellent,That makes the student very excited about the college and it makes roam around the college seeing trees everywhere. It was nice experience to part of this college.
I have a good experience from this college and it full filled my college life.

HELLO,
To secure a free government seat in GRIET ( Gokaraju Rangaraju institute of engineering and technology) through SC category in the TS EAMCET you will need to participate in the counselling process after qualifying for the TS EAMCET exam
The exact cutoff ranks for each course and category including SC are determined during the counselling process based on the factors like number of applicants , exam difficulty and seat availability .
You can check and improve your chances by aiming for a higher rank in the TS EAMCET and participating actively in the counselling which includes choice filling and seat allotment.
Hope that helps!
hi,
28,000 rank in TS EAMCET and as a BC-E (minority) girl candidate, getting a CSE seat in GRIET is difficult because the closing ranks for CSE in GRIET usually go much lower. For BC-E category, the CSE closing rank is mostly around 12,000 to 15,000. Your rank is higher than the usual cutoff, so the chance is low for CSE in GRIET. You can still try in counselling
