Hello,
The chances of getting any MBBS college in any state is almost nil even with SC category. Even the state quote counselling and domicile of a hyderabad Karnataka is not going to help you for getting a seat in a government MBBS college
Even the chnces of getting private state college, is quite difficult with this score, but you can try your luck in private colleges with less cut offs and separate entrance examinations.

As you got 96 marks with SC category in NEET, which is pretty low score, you have very less chances of getting into any government colleges for MBBS. However you can opt for private institutes which offer this course and conduct their own entrance exam or have less cutoffs.
