As per the marks that you have mentioned you don't have chances of getting a college under all India quota as for your marks are too less for that but you have chances under state quota as last year least marks to secure a seat was 406 marks in government medical college,siddipet from your category under state quota. Remember cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.
