Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota. But previous year cutoff in West Bengal came upto 324 for MBBS seats in government college

Every year there is a change in cut-off range as every year huge no of students apply fir this examination so the competition level is quite tough. You might get a seat in govt Colleges but giving a complete surety about it is not good until we don't know the state ranking part. Just hope for the best.
