You will get government dental colleges in telenga but less chance of getting government medical College in telengana with this marks. Private medical colleges again will be there for you as per your score. You will not get any medical College in all India quota as per this marks in other states. So choose native state. some colleges are
1. Government dental college and hospital Hyderabad
2. Government medical College Siddipet ( less chance)
