I am assuming you are from the General category as you have not mentioned your specific category.
In 2018, the closing ranks for all the branches for the General category were-
Mechanical- Within 200 general rank
Civil- 250 to 300 general rank
Electrical- 300 to 400 general rank
Electronics and Communication- 400 to 450 rank
IT- 500 to 600 rank
Leather Technology- 800 to 900 rank
Usually, the seats for General category candidates get occupied under the rank of 500.
