If you mean your SC rank is 23666, there is no chance of getting NITs for you. If you mean your general rank is 23666, there are plenty of chances. As you have not mentioned your home state it is quite difficult for us to prescribe colleges for you. your category rank is very high and according to previous year trend it is vey difficult to get nit or iiit but you can go for state college counselling or gfti's their you can get seat.

IIIT Delhi here you can get seat so go for counselling and try for it.

If you have secured 23666 rank from sc category in jee mains 2020, then it's impossible for you to get any nits or iiits.
If you belong to home state quota then you can easily get some nits like, nit sikkim cse branch, nit Meghalaya cse branch, nit Manipur civil engineering branch, etc.
But you can not get good and top nits like nit Jamshedpur, nit trichy, nit warangal, nit durgapur, etc. also you cannot get any iiit including iiit Bangalore.
And if you are an other state student, then there is no chance for you to get a nit or iiit. But you can try your luck at csab counseling. As in csab counseling the chances will be increased. But there is no surety that seats will remain vacant after all round jossa counseling.

Better try at HBTI KANPUR or at other private institutions like kalinga institute of industrial technology.
